ABOUT
Kip Brailey is the author of A Year of Mentor Minutes, a collection of fifty-two vignettes on leadership intended to be used as a catalyst for weekly mentoring discussions.
Prior to writing his book, Brailey worked at the Central Intelligence Agency, The State Department, The Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and the Department of the Treasury. Over half of his 32-year career was spent as a manager and senior manager. His units were instrumental in comabatting terror finance, analyzing golbal energy and economics, and identifying money launderers. Brailey won numerous awards including a meritous unit citation for his leadership during the global financial crisis. He views his most lasting contribution, however, to be the mentoring he did over his career.
